well, abit bored so decided to start crapping again...
had trng todae...
before trng starts need to run 1 round ard bedok reservoir wif sajc...
was running then almost reach finishing line tat time kenna overtaken by stanton then winston then haining...wl lyk last minute already sia. hahas
1st set, 7 rounds, turn at 950m and dragon boat (but i only went 5 rounds...back was aching again)
2nd set, race k2 from 400m then go to 300m for warm down.
and tat was all for trng...
the k2s of me and natasha, qianying and haining, claire and janelle, going for warm down tat time started splashing each other.
qianying, dunnoe is who start teaching my k2 partner the wrong things then i all wet hor...hahas
when leaving tat time met natasha. she was waiting for her dad all alone so decided to wait wif her. after a while her dad called and said tat he kenna caught by police for using phone so she ask me leave first or ltr wait very long...so i left
oh and i not going to trng tmr...gonne go out wif my mum...byebye ppl going to trng tmr
